Henrik has more than 15 years senior management experience in the laser, optics, and electro-optics field. As Engineering Manager at the Melles Griot Electro-Optics division, Henrik led the development of numerous solid-state laser systems, as well as laser-based instrumentation, incorporating optics, fiber optics, electronics, lasers, mechanics, and thermal management. Henrik subsequently served as the Director of Operations, and ultimately the Site Manager for the Electro-Optics division. Since joining Zolo, Henrik has focused on leading the development of Zolo's unique combustion sensors; sensors that are based on Zolo's heritage in telecommunications and world class optical gratings.

Henrik received his BSEE and MSEE from the Lund Institute of Technology in Sweden. As a Fulbright scholar at Columbia University, Henrik developed novel image processing algorithms.
