Reed has extensive senior management experience growing technology companies and businesses in the energy-related area. Prior to Zolo, Reed served as President and CEO of StrionAir, a Carlyle Group venture capital funded company, where he led a successful revitalization of the company. Reed’s leadership efforts led to the acquisition of StrionAir by Carrier Corporation a division of United Technologies Corporation. Reed also spent 17 years at Pall Corporation NYSE: PLL in various leadership roles, including his last position as President of Pall Aeropower.

Reed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
