Newton Logan joins Zolo Technologies as Director of Manufacturing.

Boulder, Colorado – February 15, 2005 – Mr. Logan joins Zolo from Research Electro-Optics, REO, where he was VP of Operations. Prior to REO, Mr. Logan was Director of Materials and
Production for Fischer Imaging, Director of Operations for Biometric Imaging, and Manufacturing Manager at Spectra-Physics.

In his role as Director of Manufacturing, Mr. Logan will be responsible for building a world-class manufacturing organization at Zolo Technologies, and will also be a key member of the management team. Mr. Logan brings an extensive background in high-volume manufacturing of precision components, as well as the manufacturing of advanced electro-optic systems.

Mr. Logan has a MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a BA in Economics, and a BA in French, from Colorado College.
