John L. (Jack) Skolds, Executive Vice President, Excelon Corporation, joins Zolo Technologies Board of Directors

Boulder, Colorado –27 March, 2006 – Zolo Technolgies enthusiastically welcomes Jack Skolds to our board of directors. Mr. Skolds brings a rich history of experience in power generation to Zolo. As president of Exelon Energy Delivery (EED), Mr. Skolds is responsible for the overall strategic leadership and performance of EED’s two operating utilities, ComEd and PECO Energy. As president, Exelon Generation, he oversees the company’s nuclear and fossil operations. Mr. Skolds previously served as a member of the boards of directors of the Institute for Nuclear Power Operations, the Nuclear Energy Institute and the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI)
