Executive Vice President of Exelon Energy accepts position as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Zolo Technologies.

BOULDER, Colorado – 5 April, 2007 – John L. (Jack) Skolds Executive Vice President, Exelon and President Exelon Energy Delivery, demonstrates his confidence in Zolo Technologies by accepting the role of chairman of the board. Mr. Skolds said: "I am honored to be appointed Chairman of the Board of Zolo Technologies. Through Zolo's leading edge research and vision, I believe the company is well positioned to take advantage of expanding opportunities worldwide." Mr. Skolds replaces Ian Jenks who has served as the company's chairman since its founding.
