Reed Sarver Joins Zolo Technologies, Inc. as CEO
BOULDER, Colorado – May 1, 2011- Zolo Technologies, Inc. board of directors has named Mr. Reed Sarver as its Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Sarver previously served as President and CEO of StrionAir, a Carlyle Group venture capital funded company, where he led a successful revitalization of the company. StrionAir was later acquired by CarrierCorporation a division of United Technologies Corporation. Prior to StrionAir, Mr. Sarver spent 17 years at Pall Corporation NYSE:PLL where he last held the position of President of Pall Aeropower.

Mr. Sarver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
